of disciplinary committee members. To hold a position on the disciplinary committee, a member shall: (1) Hold an active license to practice chiropractic in the state of South Dakota, which license is in good standing with the board; and (2) Have held an active license to practice chiropractic in the state of South Dakota for a period of ten years. Committee members shall serve terms of three calendar years. No member may serve more than three consecutive terms.
