20:41:13:05Qualification by endorsement.

A person who has a current certificate in chiropractic radiography issued by another state, jurisdiction, agency, or nationally recognized professional registry or board may, upon presentation of the certificate to the board, be considered to meet the requirements of this chapter provided that the board finds that the standards and procedures for qualification in the state, jurisdiction, agency, or nationally recognized professional registry or board which issued the certificate are equivalent to the standards in this chapter.
