20:43:03:06Annual renewal of license -- Renewal fees.

Each person licensed to practice as a dentist or dental hygienist in this state shall annually renew a license from the State Board of Dentistry by July first and display an annual license certificate. Each person licensed to practice as a dentist or a dental hygienist shall maintain a current cardiopulmonary resuscitation card from the American Heart Association for the Healthcare Provider, the American Red Cross for the Professional Rescuer, or an equivalent program approved by the board. A dentist shall pay an annual registration fee of two hundred dollars plus a continuing education fee of twenty dollars. A dental hygienist shall pay an annual registration fee of ninety-five dollars plus a continuing education fee of twenty dollars.
