The commission recognizes the following types of installations: (1) "Commercial," an installation intended for commerce excluding residential or farmstead installations; (2) "Farmstead," an installation utilized by an agricultural producer on a piece of land classified as agricultural land pursuant to SDCL 10-6-31.3; (3) "Residential," an installation intended for a single-family dwelling.
