for residential and noncommercial farmstead electrical inspector license. An applicant for an examination for a residential and noncommercial farmstead inspection (RFI) electrical inspector's license shall apply to the commission office. The applicant must fill out the form in its entirety, sign the form, and pay the required fee. If the application is approved by the commission, the commission shall notify the applicant of the time and place designated by the commission for the examination.
