20:44:18:04Wiring permit procedure for state-owned

structures being wired by state employees licensed to do electrical installations. The maintenance director of a state-owned structure or a designated agent must submit the white copy of the wiring permit to the office of the commission at the beginning of each quarter. A list of all installations completed during the past quarter by licensed state employees must be submitted with the forms. Upon completion of the inspection, a request for payment according to § 20:44:20:10 shall be sent from the commission office to the maintenance director of the state-owned facility.
