equipment to conform to approved purposes and show identification. Only the electrical equipment approved in accordance with § 20:44:22:04 for the purpose intended may be installed to use electricity for light, heat, or power. This includes all materials used to install such electrical equipment. The manufacturer's name, trademark, or other identification symbol must be placed on or provided with the electrical equipment, together with the rated voltage, current, wattage, or other applicable ratings necessary to determine the purpose and use for which they are intended.
