Rulemaking activity

Amend and update the following administrative rules for the State Electrical Commission: 20:44:14:01, 20:44:16:22, 20:44:17:02, 20:44:19:03, 20:44:19:05, 20:44:22:21, 20:44:22:25, 20:44:22:27, 20:44:24:07, and 20:44:26:01 through 20:44:26:04.Effective

Terms used in this chapter mean: (1) "Contractor," an individual licensed with the commission as an electrical contractor or a Class B electrician; (2) "Installation," an electrical installation; (3) "Submitter," an individual or business requesting reimbursement from the undertaking fund.
