A person or institution desiring to offer a nurse aide training program shall apply to the board for approval. An institution that provides nurse aide training in multiple locations affiliated with the institution shall submit one application for all locations. The board shall notify the applicant of the approval status within ninety days of receipt of the application. An applicant may not enroll students prior to approval of the program.
