20:50:04:07Claims of superiority.

An optometrist may not claim to have superior qualifications, superior equipment available for use in the optometrist's practice, or a superior quality of service to patients, to other similarly licensed optometrists. An optometrist certified to prescribe and administer pharmaceutical agents may, however, indicate such qualifications.
