A pharmacist operating a pharmacy in this state shall apply, on forms provided by the board, each year to the board for a license to operate the pharmacy. The fee for initial licensure is two hundred dollars and the fee for license renewal is two hundred dollars. The initial licensure and renewal fees are non-refundable.
