A pharmacy owner must make available and maintain all equipment needed to provide pharmacy services for the location, as determined by the pharmacist-in-charge. Any equipment that requires certification, maintenance, or calibration must be certified, maintained, or calibrated according to the manufacturer and United States Pharmacopeia guidelines. All equipment not in good working condition may not be used in the pharmacy.
