The following notice must be displayed conspicuously at all times in all licensed pharmacies: "NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC FREE CHOICE OF PHARMACIES Any person has the right and privilege of having a prescription filled at the pharmacy of the person's choice. This South Dakota Board of Pharmacy notice must be displayed conspicuously at all times in all licensed pharmacies."
