Remote pharmacy drop sites and prescription rulesEffective

A licensed pharmacy may designate a remote drop site where a patient or a designated person may pick up a dispensed prescription. The pharmacy utilizing the site retains ownership of any prescription packages deposited at the site until received by the patient or designated person.
