20:51:17:03Stand-alone automated mechanical distribution device and automated prescription dispensing device -- License required.

If a stand-alone automated mechanical distribution device or an automated prescription dispensing device is used to store, distribute, dispense, or track drugs, and there is no pharmacy license on the premises, the owner of the device must apply to the board to license the automated device as a pharmacy.
