Rulemaking activity

A registered pharmacy technician may not exhibit illegal or unethical behavior in connection with the technician's pharmacy employment. Illegal or unethical behavior are verbal or physical abuse, coercion, intimidation, harassment, sexual advances, threats, degradation of character, profanity, indecent or obscene conduct, and theft. A violation of this section may be grounds for disciplinary action as provided for in § 20:51:29:27.
