For violations of this chapter, the board may: (1) Revoke a pharmacy technician registration; (2) Suspend a pharmacy technician registration until further order of the board or for a specified period; (3) Not renew a pharmacy technician registration; (4) Prohibit permanently, until further order of the board, or for a specified period, the engaging in specified procedures, methods, or acts; (5) Impose a probationary period; (6) Refer the pharmacy technician to the health professionals' assistance program; or (7) Issue a letter of concern or public reprimand.
