Any pharmacy acting as a central fill pharmacy in this state must be licensed pursuant to SDCL 36-11-32 and not licensed as a pharmacy under SDCL 36-11-33. Any central fill pharmacy located outside the state must be licensed as a non-resident pharmacy. Any originating pharmacy located in this state must be licensed pursuant to SDCL 36-11-32.
