20:53:09:08Training course certificate of attendance.

The instructor of each course shall provide an individual certificate of attendance to each person who attends 90 percent or more of the classroom hours. A certificate of attendance may not be issued to a person who is absent more than 10 percent of the classroom hours. The certificate must contain the person's name, South Dakota restricted plumbing license number, course title, date, location of course, number of credit hours, and signature of the instructor. The person attending the course shall provide a copy of the certificate of attendance to the commission.
