At the beginning of each course offering the instructor shall read the following notice to the participants: "This plumbing course offering is recognized by the South Dakota State Plumbing Commission as ( ) hours of credit toward fulfilling the training course requirements for restricted plumbing licensees pursuant to South Dakota law. Since it is the concern of the Plumbing Commission that licensees receive a quality education, the comments of each participant will be appreciated. If you have any comments about this plumbing course offering, your comments should be sent to the South Dakota State Plumbing Commission, 118 W. Capitol Avenue, Pierre, South Dakota 57501."
