for licensure by applicants holding out of state license. An applicant for licensure who is an out of state licensee must hold a current, unrevoked, and unsuspended license to practice podiatry that has been issued by another state or territory of the United States and that, in the opinion of the board, maintains licensing requirements equivalent to those of South Dakota.
