of application information by board. Upon receiving an application for registry of a veterinary technician, and upon receiving a registration fee of $20, the board shall review all information submitted and determine what veterinary services the veterinary technician for whom application is made is qualified to perform. If the board requires more information to make such a determination, the board shall request it from the applicant.
