Fees for biennial renewal of a license are as follows: (1) Certified social worker authorized to engage in private, independent practice, two hundred ten dollars; (2) Certified social worker, one hundred seventy dollars; (3) Social worker, one hundred thirty dollars; (4) Social work associate, ninety dollars; and (5) Multistate license for the Social Work Licensure Compact, three hundred dollars.
