Rulemaking activity

supervision of occupational therapy aide. An occupational therapy aide may only perform selected routine tasks which are neither evaluative, assessive, nor recommendative and for which the aide has been suitably trained. An occupational therapy aide shall be under the direct supervision of an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant.
