renewal fee. Any licensee who files a late registration application and fee for renewal pursuant to SDCL 36-21A-66 shall pay a late fee based on the date the renewal application is filed, as follows: (1) December, $20; (2) January, $40; (3) February, $60; (4) March, $80; (5) April, $100; (6) May, $120; and (7) June, $140.
