reserve sale procedure. In an auction with reserve, the auctioneer may withdraw the real estate being offered for sale at any time until announcing completion of the sale. If the seller or an authorized representative of the seller will be allowed to bid at an auction, the auctioneer must give notice for such bidding prior to receiving any bids. A minimum acceptable price may be disclosed with seller's written permission.
