real estate brokers, broker associates, and salespersons A real estate broker, broker associate, or salesperson acting as an auctioneer must follow the provisions of this chapter. Unless inconsistent with this chapter, a person licensed as an auctioneer must follow the provisions of chapter 20:69:03 and SDCL chapter 36-21A.
