As used in this chapter: (1) "Continuing education cycle" means a two-year period that begins on December 1 of an even-numbered year and ends on November 30 of the next even-numbered year; (2) "In-house program" means a program planned and presented by the licensee for the purpose of educating staff in the same office; and (3) "Licensee" means a person licensed to practice as a licensed marriage and family therapist in this state.
