for marriage and family therapy through electronic means. Marriage and family therapy provided through electronic means must adhere to the requirements of this article, HIPAA regulations, and the ethical requirements of chapter 20:71:07. Failure to adhere to these regulations and requirements may be considered unprofessional conduct by the board and subject to disciplinary action.
