A course provider may utilize guest speakers with expertise in a particular area in any approved course if an approved instructor is present at the time of the presentation. A course provider may, however, utilize a guest speaker without an approved instructor present with the prior written approval of the commission. An application for approval of a course utilizing guest speakers must include a résumé of each speaker.
