-- Course evaluation. A course provider shall provide an individual certificate of attendance to each home inspector upon completion of an approved course or seminar. The certificate shall contain the licensee's name, the course title, the date, the location of the course, the number of approved credit hours, and the signature of the course provider or instructor. No certificate of attendance may be issued to a home inspector who is absent for more than ten percent of the classroom hours.
