20:74:05:08Disqualification.

If the complaint referred to in § 20:74:05:01 was filed by a commission member, that commission member is disqualified from sitting at the hearing as a commission member and from participating in the decision made by the commission. The commission member may appear as a witness and give advice as to procedure.
