The licensure fee for a biennial license is as follows: (1) Speech-language pathologist license, one hundred and fifty dollars; (2) Provisional license, one hundred and fifty dollars; (3) Limited license, one hundred and fifty dollars; and (4) Speech-language pathology assistant license,one hundred dollars.
