Fees for biennial renewal of a license are as follows: (1) Speech-language pathologist, one hundred and fifty dollars; (2) Provisional license, one hundred and fifty dollars; (3) Limited license, one hundred and fifty dollars; and (4) Speech-language pathology assistant, one hundred dollars.
