20:80:02:05Denial of application.

The board may deny an application for failure to meet the applicable certification or licensure requirements set forth in this article or for any reason set forth in SDCL 36-34-21. The board shall inform the applicant, in writing, of its reasons for denial. An applicant whose application is denied is entitled to a hearing pursuant to SDCL chapter 1-26.
