20:80:07:03Retesting requirements.

An applicant who fails the written examination required for licensure or certification may retest by submitting to the board an application to retest and the required fee. An applicant who does not successfully pass the examination after three attempts must apply for trainee status and meet the current educational standards, and supervision and work requirements for the license or certificate at the time of reapplication.
