Terms used in this chapter mean: (1) "Continuing education cycle," a two-year period that begins on December first of an odd-numbered year and ends on November thirtieth of the next odd-numbered year; (2) "In-house program," a program attended or presented by the licensee for the purpose of educating staff in the same office; and (3) "Licensee," a person licensed or certified by the board as a CAC, LAC, or CSP.
