20:80:10:03Appeal of denial.

An applicant denied initial or renewal recognition, certification, or licensure may appeal the decision. The appeal must be submitted in writing to the board within thirty days of the date the applicant received notification from the board. An applicant may appeal the board's decision pursuant to SDCL chapter 1-26.
