20:80:12:13Application to upgrade trainee status to supervisee status.

The board may upgrade the status of a trainee to a supervisee if the trainee submits to the board the following: (1) A completed application; and (2) An official educational transcript from an educational program recognized by the board which indicates the applicant meets the educational requirements for a supervisee, as set forth in chapter 20:80:15. A trainee must be in good standing with the board to request an upgraded status. There is no fee to upgrade a trainee status to a supervisee status. Any previous trainee fees are applied to the supervisee status.
