A supervisee shall complete four hours of continuing education annually. The continuing education hours must be on the subject of addiction counseling ethics. Upon application for renewal of a plan of supervision, a supervisee shall verify under penalty of perjury that all continuing education information provided on the application is true and correct. The supervisee shall supply sufficient detail to permit verification of the continuing education if notified of an audit by the board.
