Terms used in this article mean: (1) "CLERP," the county legal expense relief program established by SDCL 7-16B; (2) "Board," the County Legal Expense Relief Program Board; (3) "Fund," the county legal expense relief program fund; (4) "Expenses," attorneys' fees and costs.
