claims. A county requesting withdrawal from the program is responsible for its proportionate share of all claims, including claims on appeals, resulting from incidents which occurred during the period the county was a participating CLERP member. Any county having withdrawn from the CLERP shall be repaid a proportionate share of any fund reimbursements pursuant to § 22:01:02:08 provided the county paid an assessment relating to that trial during the time the county was a participating member.
