- 24:14 Early Intervention ProgramsEffective
The department shall provide or purchase the following services at no cost to parents: (1) The child find requirements in chapter 24:14:11; (2) Evaluation and assessment, including the functions related to evaluation and assessment; (3) Service coordination functions and activities; and (4) Administrative and coordinative activities related to: (a) The development, review, and evaluation of individualized family service plans including interim individualized family service plans pursuant to chapter 24:14:13; and (b) Implementation of the procedural safeguards and other components of the statewide program of early intervention services.
