- 24:14 Early Intervention ProgramsEffective
The department shall enter into formal interagency agreements with other state level agencies involved in the Part C program. These agreements, at a minimum, must address financial responsibility for paying for services, permissive use of funds, and procedures for resolving disputes on matters pertaining to the statewide program.
