24:14:04:11Service provision during pendency of dispute.

During the pendency of a dispute, if necessary to prevent a delay in the timely provision of services to an eligible child or the child's family, the department may use funds from this program to pay the provider of services, pending reimbursement from the agency or entity that has ultimate responsibility for the payment.
