same time. Payment is pro-rated if services are provided in a group setting for more than one eligible child. Services provided to the first child are reimbursed at the provider rate established under this chapter. Services provided to the second child are reimbursed at 50 percent of the established provider rate. Services provided to each additional child are reimbursed at 25 percent of the established provider rate.
