Nutrition services include the following: (1) Conducting individual assessments in the following: (a) Nutritional history and dietary intake; (b) Anthropometric, biochemical, and clinical variables; (c) Feeding skills and feeding problems; and (d) Food habits and food preferences; (2) Developing and monitoring plans to address the nutritional needs of children eligible under this article, based on the findings resulting from individual assessment; and (3) Making referrals to community resources to carry out nutrition goals.
