24:14:11:04Areas to be screened -- Screening instruments.

The following areas may be screened: (1) Cognitive development; (2) Physical development, including fine motor, gross motor, vision, and hearing; (3) Communication development, including receptive and expressive; (4) Social or emotional development; and (5) Adaptive development. Screening instruments must be culturally sensitive and administered in the native language or mode of communication of the family unless it is clearly not feasible to do so.
