24:14:11:07Primary referral sources.

The child find system includes procedures for use by primary referral sources for referring a child under the age of three to the early intervention program. The procedures must provide for making referrals by primary referral sources and document that referrals are made, as soon as possible, but no more than seven days after a child has been identified.
