- 24:14 Early Intervention ProgramsEffective
The resolution meeting need not be held if: (1) The parent and the public agency or nonpublic service provider agree in writing to waive the meeting; or (2) The parent and the public agency or nonpublic service provider agree to use the mediation process described in this chapter.
